This program has a clear international focus and provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the tasks and methods involved in management from a market and resource-oriented perspective. It will be shown how different management processes can influence value creation and the market-oriented behavior of businesses. Students learn to apply theory in the solution of practical, work-related management problems.
Structure and Content
The program usually takes four semesters and consists of core modules, a work-related specialism and a master’s thesis written in the fourth semester. Whereas the core modules provide a comprehensive overview of management, the work-related specialism prepares students to undertake specific management tasks in a particular type of company. Students choose one of the following areas on which to focus: service industries, the health industry sector, global businesses, industrial enterprises and start-up companies.

Middle and upper management in companies of different sizes and branches of industry, business start-ups and business consulting.
Target Group
Graduates with a bachelor degree in business and /or economics from a university or a university of applied sciences. Graduates from a university or a university of applied sciences with a bachelor degree in a different subject may be accepted if they can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of business and economics.
